Welcome to Huneu, the app connecting people with questions to people with answers. By accessing or using Huneu, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, you should not access or use Huneu.

Use of Huneu

You may use Huneu only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Agreement. Huneu reserves the right to modify or discontinue the app, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice.

User Content

Huneu may allow you to submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available content, including but not limited to text, photographs, and videos (collectively, "User Content"). You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the User Content you make available through Huneu.

Proprietary Rights

Huneu and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Huneu and its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. These terms do not grant you a license to use any trademark, service mark, logo, or trade name of Huneu or any third party, except as expressly permitted in writing by Huneu.

Disclaimers

Huneu makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to the app or the information, content, materials, or products included on the app. The app and all contents, features, and functionality of the app are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Huneu does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Huneu will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Limitation of Liability

Huneu shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Huneu and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against any claims, actions, or demands, liabilities, and settlements, including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of the Agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of a court located in Georgia.

Changes to the Agreement

Huneu reserves the right to change the Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of Huneu following any changes to the Agreement indicates your acceptance of the changes.
